When purchasing multi-day ski passes and selected day ski passes in the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop, there is the possibility to book a cancellation guarantee with your ski pass. Cancellation of ski passes is only possible with the booked cancellation guarantee, which must be made known (without giving any reasons) up to 2 days before the start of the validity of the ski pass. The cancellation guarantee costs € 2,50 per day and per ski pass.

A cancellation request can be made to the company where the ski pass was booked by e-mail, stating the order number and the name. A subsequent booking of the cancellation guarantee after completion of the order is not possible.

  • If you are still in possession of a KeyCard (ski ticket), the Friends or Family Member Card, you can top it up via the Online Ticketshop. All you have to do is enter the KeyCard number, which can be found on the back of your Card and your ski pass will be topped up with the selected product.
  • If you purchase a new ski ticket, it will be sent to you by post. Please note the postal delivery time (5-10 working days).
  • Or use the pickup function (possible up to the 8-day ticket): You will receive a QR code by e-mail, which you can use to conveniently pick up your ski passes on site at any lift ticket office or ticket machine.
